SNS Mid-Glide Springer

The SNS Customs Ltd Mid-Glide springer front-end suspension system is expertly crafted from high-quality DOM tube and meticulously TIG welded in a fixture table to ensure precision and durability. Designed for custom chopper frames, this springer frontend delivers both classic style and reliable performance.
 
Rim application : SNS Customs Ltd springer frontends only fit a Sportster style narrow front rim/hub from (1957-2003) . These front-ends will not fit or support a wide-glide front rim/hub, the standard Big-Twin wide-glide rims are too wide.

- Lead time 2-4 weeks
- Comes set up for a standard 7.0" frame neck (stem nut may require machining for longer neck applications.
- Comes with 0.750" PG 1045 axle
- Rear legs 1.250" O.D.
- Front legs 1.00" O.D.
- Comes with internal fork stop and external bump stop kit for both stock and custom frames. Customer can choose the proper application.
- Powder coat finish (gloss or satin black).
- 6061 billet top triple tree.
- 1.00" steering stem with lock nut, hardware and top button.
- Stainless steel hardware and T6 buttons.
- PG 1045 plunger rods with bearing bronze plunger guides and installed grease zirk's.
- 0.375" thick rockers with oil light bushings.
- Grade 8 rocker hardware.
- Brake mounts on both the RHS and LHS.
