Refund Policy

Returns
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.  We offer a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days.  If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept returns only on new and unused merchandise. If a product has been installed or damaged the refund policy will not apply.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you have been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by email at snscustomsltd@hotmail.com We will give you return shipping instructions.

Shipping
To initiate your return, you should send your product to: SNS Customs Ltd, 70 Tenshire Court, Middle Sackville, Nova Scotia, B4E 0A9

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify to receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
